Brooklyn Bridge Black and White

Piece description from the artist

I was inspired to create this photograph because of the Brooklyn Bridge's iconic nature and the abstract composition that I could create by focusing on only a small portion of the top of the bridge, So much engineering and design work go into this type of famous structure, that my thought was this could be an intriguing architectural abstract for an office of builders, engineers, designers, or anyone who adores New York. I made the image black and white to emphasize attention to the stonework and suspension cables. This piece signifies to me the blood, sweat and tears that has gone into our most populated city that is full of tradition and beauty.
