This photo was captured in the park of Tibidabo in Barcelona, Spain. Tibidabo is a hill overlooking Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. At 512 meters, it is the tallest hill in the Serra de Collserola. From afar , this ferris wheel looks enticing, and close up, it made me think of a children's room decoration. My goal was to highlight the intense, primary colors of the cars on the wheel and to show it off at an unusual angle. This park is picturesque due to its hilltop location, and the condition, and retro feel of the ferris wheel make it all the more appealing. My hope is that this art would be ideal for a nursery or a hospital children's ward. This piece represents youth, whimsy, joy, along with a vintage appeal.
