Piece description from the artist
Seattle is an amazing city to see cherry blossoms in the spring time. I visited this park with a separate purpose and was in awe of the number of cherry blossom trees planted here. It happened to be Easter morning, and the park was soothingly quiet with only a few visitors around. What I enjoy most about this image are the lines formed by the tree trunk and the gentle explosion of flower blossoms to offset the sturdy wood.
