I always loved the idea of small meeting the big. This piece is an idea of the beginning of a friendship- the moment the small and the big trying to tenderly navigate their differences.
Hanna is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, who spent her childhood in both Korea and America. She currently lives in Boston and recently finished her first book, Tiny Feet Between the Mountains (S&S, Nov 2019), which she wrote and illustrated.
She has an affinity for soft washes, narrative, and light. When she isn't doodling away without a care she loves to bask and glow in all four seasons.
