Looking at the Navarre Beach fishing pier while walking along the shoreline as waves come up to your feet then wash back out as the sand whisks away right under your feet is such an amazing feeling. I took this vertical photograph after a rain storm along Navarre beach in Florida, USA. It was really windy, so all the foot prints in the sand where smoothed out. The blue sky really made the emerald color pop in the Atlantic Ocean. This part of the coast is known as the emerald coast and is part of the Gulf of Mexico, also known as Gulf of America. Navarre is halfway between Pensacola and Destin FL.
