Piece description from the artist
A black and white photo looking down a quiet desert walkway framed by a bare juniper on one side and a thriving juniper on the other as dawn gently unfolds over Turret Arch in the Windows Section of Arches National Park. The soft light of the blue hour casts a dreamy glow across the sandstone terrain, as the sky transitions from deep to lighter hues. Turret Arch stands boldly against this tranquil palette, its rich tones contrasting beautifully with the cool pre-dawn sky. The stillness of the scene reveals the timeless wear of wind and weather on the rocks, while a brighter glow on the horizon promises the coming sunrise. Around the path, clusters of sagebrush and junipers add texture and life to this peaceful moment in the Moab, Utah desert.
