Moulton rocks

Moulton Rocks

Piece description from the artist

The sound of a cascading water is one of my absolute favorite things. Although photography obviously doesn't come with sound, my hope is that this image helps to recall the sound of rushing water for those viewing it. This particular Washington park doesn't get a lot of attention compared to its big-name neighbors, but it's one of my favorite spots to photograph due to multiple waterfalls nearby. I enjoy not only the focus of water in this image but also the pops of color from the green moss that are offset by the dark shades of blue and black from the rocks.
