Growing up in LA, I felt like I saw the Mexican Bush Sage growing in every other yard around my neighborhood. The slick, velvety flowers have a sensational, vibrant pop of purple, and the closer I got, the more delicate details were revealed.
Blaise Roy Ormond is a multi-disciplinary artist born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Blaise began shooting film photography as a hobby in 2017 after completing his Master’s degree in Media Ventures from Boston University. Over the years, as the world of photography continued to trend more digital, he became passionate about revitalizing tangible art with analog technology. This passion has inspired Blaise to shoot photography exclusively with 110 film and capture that nostalgic essence on vintage cameras.
