Interplay

Piece description from the artist

My work is composed of lines, which are a means of expressing freedom. Sometimes curved, other times straight, the line represents something that exists throughout infinite experience. Colors meet freely and create unexpected forms. When working, I follow the flow of my unconscious mind; the harmony of opposites – absolute and relative, free flowing and driven by rules – is what my paintings express. When painting, I try to be true to myself. Directness is the way to one’s true nature. This nature is not something we make; it is always there – and it shapes everything I create.
