Piece description from the artist
This photograph captures the rushing spring waters of Bennett Spring State Park near Lebanon, Missouri, USA, as they flow over moss-covered rocks, forming a series of cascading rapids and small waterfalls. The vibrant greens of the moss contrast beautifully with the clear, moving water, showcasing the park’s natural charm. Walking on the rocks was a little tricky as the moss made it slippery. One of Missouri’s first state parks, Bennett Spring is fed by a powerful natural spring that produces an incredible 100 million gallons of fresh water each day, creating a picturesque and tranquil Ozarks landscape that’s a favorite for both hikers and photographers.
