Scenic Picnic Area at Gifford Homestead in Capitol Reef National Park, Utah
The picnic area at the historic Gifford Homestead in Capitol Reef National Park, Utah, provides a peaceful setting with stunning views of the surrounding red rock cliffs. Surrounded by fruit trees, the picnic tables offer an ideal spot to relax and enjoy one of the park’s famous homemade pies or cinnamon rolls. Known worldwide for its fresh baked goods, the Gifford Homestead is a must-visit destination in the Fruita Historic District. We tried one of the cinnamon rolls, and it was absolutely delicious!
