A peaceful pre-dawn moment along the Emerald Coast in Panama City Beach, Florida, USA. This long-exposure photo captures the view beneath the Russell-Fields Pier, looking down the coastline toward the distant MB Miller Pier. The soft pastel hues of pink and purple from the approaching sunrise glow across the calm sky, while the gentle motion of the waves creates a smooth, dreamy effect. The Russell-Fields Pier, also known as the Panama City Beach City Pier, is one of two scenic fishing piers along this beautiful stretch of the Gulf of Mexico.
