Highlighting the brilliant hues of fall foliage, this top-down capture focuses on three intact maple leaves radiating outward from the centre frame. The contrast between the bright, saturated red and orange foreground leaves and the darker, shadowed foliage beneath creates a sense of depth and layer. Clean lines, organic geometry, and warm autumn tones offer a grounded, serene natural focal point.
From the smallest details of macro to the vast panorama of a landscape, with a quick stop off at many subjects in between, Rick's passion for detail and capturing the moment has inspired him to shoot many different genres.
