While driving up the coast of Southern California, I stopped at the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes in Oceana and was astounded by the vast sand dunes that flowed as far as the eyes could see. I captured this moment as the sun began to set, and the sandy peaks shined golden.
Blaise Roy Ormond is a multi-disciplinary artist born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Blaise began shooting film photography as a hobby in 2017 after completing his Master’s degree in Media Ventures from Boston University. Over the years, as the world of photography continued to trend more digital, he became passionate about revitalizing tangible art with analog technology. This passion has inspired Blaise to shoot photography exclusively with 110 film and capture that nostalgic essence on vintage cameras.
