South Valley Park is an unassuming little area with some spectacular red rocks and incredible views. It was a hidden gem, where one could even climb around on these delicate sandstone formations. Luckily, they are now closely guarded and as the population of Colorado has exploded, it is not longer possible to climb these rocks.
Barbara has been exposed to art and creativity, her entire life! Her mother was an oil painter and her grandfather, not only an MD, but a talented artist as well. At the age of 16, Barbara found her creative passion looking through the lens of a Canon camera. She has be a photographer from that point on, finding subject matter from the gritty streets of Manhattan, to the alpine environment of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. She feels most at home now, among big horned sheep, moose and mountains of Colorado!
