Silent Currents: Sunrise Light and Smoke in the Grand Canyon

Piece description from the artist

As dawn breaks over the Grand Canyon, a current of wildfire smoke drifts silently through its ancient corridors, weaving between the layered cliffs and mesas, mimicing the flow of the Colorado River below. The solitary tree in the foreground stands as a quiet witness, silhoutted against a sky ablaze with the soft hues of sunrise to the beginning of a new day. The interplay of smoke from the Dragon Bravo wildfire, burning in the distance along the North Rim, and the early morning light creates a surreal atmosphere, blending geological grandeur and the haunting beauty in the aftermath of nature's fury.
