Roaring River Ring of Ripples

The vibrant blue-green waters of Roaring River Spring glisten on a beautiful spring morning at Roaring River State Park in Cassville, Missouri. Just as I captured this photograph, a rainbow trout broke the surface and you can see it swimming beneath the crystal-clear water, leaving behind a perfect circle of ripples that adds a unique touch to this peaceful scene.

The lush green trees growing along the limestone bluff provide a contrast against the natural spring water, while the walkway and railing lead your eye through the landscape, creating a balanced and inviting composition. It's the kind of place that encourages you to slow down and simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the Ozarks.
