I created this piece with hope in mind. Utilizing warm colors the work almost glows to the viewer. The freedom of the forms against the calm of the grays and warm white, give this work a regal feel.
Jacqueline Evans is a visual artist who lives and works in Vermont. Her work has been exhibited widely throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and Vermont. Using oil and cold wax as an anchor to her work, she begins with graphite, then defines. The viewer will note hints of her mark making intermingled in the works enhanced by the transparency of her pallet.
