A soft rainbow briefly appears in the sky as gentle Gulf waves roll onto the sandy shoreline during a peaceful early morning in Orange Beach, Alabama. The colors of sunrise have just faded, giving way to this fleeting moment of color that I almost missed as I was watching the waves. There were some storm clouds behind me.
A private fishing pier stretches out over the rollling coastal waters, adding depth and perspective to the beach scene. It’s a tranquil moment where the steady rhythm of the ocean invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and ease into the day.
