A high-contrast monochrome interior study capturing the sweeping board-marked concrete wall and circular porthole apertures at Station Parc on the Montreal Metro Blue Line. Designed by architect Hugues Ouellet and opened in 1987, this fine art photograph highlights the heavy structural forms, raw concrete texture, and geometric lighting of Quebec's modernist transit heritage
From the smallest details of macro to the vast panorama of a landscape, with a quick stop off at many subjects in between, Rick's passion for detail and capturing the moment has inspired him to shoot many different genres. He enjoys traveling to different parts of the world and will take his camera, even on work trips. More recently, he has been practicing creating artistic renditions of his photograph.
