The white sand beach pops through the swaying sea oats grass with a partly stormy sky at Perdido Key, Florida, USA. I captured this quiet morning photograph along the shoreline of West Perdido Key Beach which is part of the Emerald Coast in the panhandle. Standing behind the sand dunes and looking though the blades of grass, the sky and water almost blend together. You can see some rain way off in the distance over the Gulf Coast as the clouds are breaking up over the beach.
