Piece description from the artist

This was my first time playing around with double exposures and long exposures in the same frame. I took this on the Jackson Street Bridge in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a pretty famous spot, The Walking Dead Poster was taken off this bridge and the tourists love it. So that being said, I wanted to make something unique. I loved how this came out and was the boost I needed to keep doing photography.

About Charlie Byers

Conyers, GA

Charlie Byers has been a professional photographer for five years. He lives on a small farm in  Conyers, Georgia and loves shooting small town street corners and large landscapes. While studying Art at the University of North Georgia, he attended the Light Grey Art Lab in Iceland with other international artists. Growing up in a small town, he learned to love the little things and the small treasures of small town life. He gained a deeper appreciation of the vastness and diversity of the American landscape when he drove with a friend across the country his senior year in high school. Throughout his life, he has also traveled internationally, giving him the opportunity to photograph some amazing parts of the world. One of his proudest moments was when National Geographics posted one of his photographs of a tiger on their Twitter and Facebook pages to commemorate National Tiger Day. His strongest influences are Andy Goldsworthy, Joe Greer, and Jared Hogan. His ultimate goal is to make timeless photographs that connect with people on a personal and spiritual level.
