Standing beside the riverbank of Dogwood Creek, I paused to take in the peaceful beauty of autumn at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park in Lampe, Missouri, USA, just southwest of Branson. The crystal-clear, blue-green water mirrored the brilliant gold and orange foliage glowing on the bluff above. Scattered leaves float gently on the surface while a few trout glided beneath the reflections. The blend of color, calm water, and quiet stillness perfectly embodies the serene charm of an Ozarks autumn day.
