Kanarra Boulder Falls

Piece description from the artist

A waterfall flows between a rock wall and a fallen boulder as the sunlight makes the canyon rock walls glow orange. I captured this long exposure along the Kanarra Falls hiking trail in Kanarraville, Utah, United States. This also Spring Creek Canyon. They call this the second waterfall but it was the forth waterfall we came across on the trail. This is the one after the main falls. There is another waterfall beyond it and you have to climb over the boulder to get to the next section. This was in the spring season and I have to say I was proud of myself and my husband for hiking through water that was 36 degree (Fahrenheit). It is a 4 mile roundtrip hike and the majority of it is through the spring fed water. Even in the summer the water is cold.
