It's Raining Over In Oakland

Piece description from the artist

I find a lot emotional mystery and enigma in the light of a rainy overcast day and make a point to try and go out and work during those times. Just as I was composing this image, which was taken along the shoreline in Richmond, California….just across the bay from San Francisco….I noticed that in the distance it had begun to rain over the city of Oakland, which to me added almost dimension to this piece, i.e., it's like you can almost smell the rain.
