Huangshan mountain first light 3x2

Huangshan Mountain - First Light 3x2

Piece description from the artist

Huangshan Mountain in Anhui, China, has been the inspiration for centuries of Chinese painters, and now photographers. It's a spectacular mountain that often has a 'Sea of Clouds' envelop, and flowing between, it's granite stone peaks, creating mystery and that distinct traditional Chinese painting of yore and even has its own species of pine tree, the Huangshan Pine, in part responsible for the mountains' attractiveness.
It gets pretty cold up there in Winter – this shot taken at dawn in February and at around -20C !
It was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1990.
