Piece description from the artist
This bold orange hidden cave is known as Shell Sand Cave near Page, Arizona. It sits off behind a Shell Gas Station which is where it got it's name. If you've seen photos of caves from this area on social media, it was probably this one. This is the view looking towards the cave from the hiking trail. You can see someone standining in the middle capturing photos from the most popular view point. The trail is through loose sand and can be tiring to walk through. I have more photos closer to the cave, but unfortunately, we didn't get to go inside and get the angle looking out because the group that was there was taking to long and wouldn't let others in there. As a photographer, I try to be respectful of others. I get my photos and then get out of the way so others can get theirs. Please be courteous of others.
