Piece description from the artist
A hauntingly beautiful view looking north from Mather Point over the Grand Canyon cloaked in early morning smoke from the 2025 Dragon Bravo wildfire on the North Rim. Ancient rock layers fade into soft gradients of red, purple, and blue as the smoke drifting through the canyon's vast expanse adds a surreal feeling, blurring the lines between earth and sky. Beneath the warm glow of sunrise, the canyon is captured, not in its usual clarity, but in a moment where light, smoke, and stone converge to tell a deeper story.
