Father 2

Father.

Piece description from the artist

This piece was inspired by my father and his three daughters. I create modern, abstract, iconic paintings using bold color, paired with love poems.

Father.

Guardian of squalls
Bellowing in the night
High horses
In daylight
Long roads
Under tornado skies
Ever constant eye
In the descending sky

During the painting process, I paint 6-12 layers of the color and then add a high gloss varnish. This gives the painting a soft sheen and vibrancy. It adds a bright pop of color to any room as well as positive energy and vibes. It is unique in its design, while also allowing space for open interpretation. For each one of my modern art works, I write a poem to go with it. The poems are love poems and they provide my interpretation or response to the work. The poems add another dimension to the piece. I have had many people purchase t modern artworks because they adored the poem, as well as the artwork!
