A weathered tree log rests along the shoreline of Orange Beach, Alabama, in this serene early morning coastal black and white photograph. Captured using long exposure, the image beautifully showcases the soft motion of ocean waves as they wash ashore and flow around the driftwood. In the background, the private fishing pier of the Four Seasons Resort extends into the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico which is also known to some as the Gulf of America. Taken shortly after sunrise, the scene is enhanced by soft clouds drifting across the sky, completing this peaceful Gulf Coast seascape.
