Check out the remains of this cool dead Juniper Tree growing in the middle of a sandstone rock surface in the middle of the desert at Canyon de Chelly in Chinle, Arizona, USA. We were at the Sliding House overlook area. The tree branches stick upward directly out of the base looking kind of like the way a yucca plant grows. In the distance you can see a glimpse of the canyon cliff walls.
