Champignons and Wild Rose-hips

Piece description from the artist

A sculpture for your kitchen! These realistic looking mushrooms have a few different names, such as button, table common, or champignon. I prefer the later because even though they are common, I still find them beautiful! Why not sit down to some delicious sautéed mushrooms, with a cup of piping hot wild rose-hip tea! Although you must be careful of what you forage from the forest, rose-hips are pretty safe and full of vitamin C. The mushrooms and the rose-hips on this sculpture are clay, and the vintage dish is a found object saved from the landfill!
