Taking a walk through the hillside and seeing all the bright springtime blossoms bursting with color on the trees. Giant sequoias, cedars, and fir trees complement the many cherry trees, maples, crabapples, and others as the solitude of an early morning moon floats above the houses on Blossom Hill.
One of a series of paintings featuring the moon and hillside houses based on strolls through my Oregon neighborhood.
By piecing color fields together, I strive to create a vibrant and dramatic landscape.
