Piece description from the artist
During a trip to Glacier National Park, I was fascinated by this wildflower known as Beargrass, which grows in tall stalks with delicate white flowers at the top. Wandering through these delicate flowers in the alpine meadows of the national park was a truly amazing experience, and this illustration was created to capture the delicate structure of these wildflowers. Done in my signature folk art style, their simplicity is both joyful and calming.
