Buds and Butterflies

Piece description from the artist

Flowers are so colorful and delicate, and I love to capture their lovely details in my illustrations. Walking a trail near my home, I came across these tiny yellow flowers and it inspired this minimalist moment in my illustration. The bold, black botanical structure, with its symmetrical leaves and stylized stems, stands out sharply against the soft, pale pink background. The vibrant yellow, mustard-toned blossoms provide a delightful burst of color, and the geometric butterfly adding a touch of graceful movement that I fell in love with watching them on my walk.
