"Beach Vibes" features layers of sky blue color and warm neutral tones that call you to jump into the water, wiggle your toes in the sands and enjoy everything a day at the beach has to offer. This abstract landscape was created as an escape to calm my mind and relax its viewers.
Lara Eckerman creates abstract mixed-media artwork that explores the relationship between color, texture, and depth. Working primarily with acrylics, ink, and hand-painted translucent waxed papers, her landscape and floral-inspired pieces are created intuitively and are influenced by interior design and the natural world.
