Piece description from the artist
A major seaport since the 18th century, Baltimore's Inner Harbor is an eclectic mix of old a new. The now redeveloped harbor area sporting restaurants and shops has only a few vestiges of history linking back to a more industrial past. The modern Harbor is surrounded by skyscrapers hosting the likes of Legg Mason and TransAmerica while still operating as a working seaport unloading raw sugar from cargo ships at the Domino Sugars Plant.
I am a Photographer and Explorer
Photography has always captivated me. I am passionate about the ability to freeze time, arrange scenes, and manipulate light to realize a vision. When I photograph a scene, I envision its final presentation; image capture and post-processing are my means of bringing my imagination to life. My fine art images have no objective "correctness"; they embody my artistic vision. I create images for myself, hoping they will resonate with and inspire others.
