A peaceful autumn view of the waterfall along Capps Creek behind the historic Jolly Mill in Pierce City, Missouri, USA. This long exposure smooths the flowing water into a silky cascade, while a gentle fall breeze creates subtle movement in some of the colorful leaves and branches that hang over the water along the creek. Golden, orange, and red foliage adds warmth to the scene, contrasting beautifully with the flowing water and historic surroundings. I love the leaning trees growing out along the riverbank behind the wooden grist mill.
The combination of silky water and softly blurred autumn leaves captures the peaceful atmosphere of this scenic Ozarks landscape, creating a timeless view of nature and history at Jolly Mill.
