Autumn Mirrored Reflections Sarcoxie Spring

Vibrant autumn colors surround the clear spring waters at Sarcoxie Cave and Spring Natural Grounds in Sarcoxie, Missouri. Golden yellow and vibrant orange leaves fill the tall trees along the spring-fed creek, while several trees growing along the riverbank and from the water add depth and create beautiful patterns across the reflection.

The incredibly calm surface acts like a natural mirror, doubling the colorful scenery and creating an almost dreamlike view. The warm tones of the autumn foliage contrast beautifully with the cool, clear water, making the entire scene feel peaceful and secluded.

Hidden behind an old pumping station, this quiet natural area offers a wonderful glimpse of Missouri's fall beauty. I was drawn to the way the still spring water captured the surrounding trees so clearly, turning an already beautiful Ozarks landscape into a stunning autumn reflection.
