Isolating structural geometry within an expansive ocean vista, this top-down aerial photograph contrasts man-made precision with organic water texture. The paved, interlocking blocks of the breakwater form a clean leading curve surrounded by fine, sparkling ripples across the sea surface. From the smallest details of macro to the vast panorama of a landscape, with a quick stop off at many subjects in between, Rick's passion for detail and capturing the moment has inspired him to shoot many different genres.
