Dear New Yorkers,
For what you are about to witness, you are welcome. Yes, I know the anticipation of blossoming flowers, picnics, and inhumane temperatures of spring and summer have been on your mind like, erryday. So here is visual flavor for your salivation.
Anyone who knows me understands very well that I would take snow angels over white sand without hesitation. But when it comes to quality time with Dinero, that greenery nestled between Manhattan concrete really gets us off. Why, hello Chelsea.
So relax your thawed phalanges. We are speaking the same language. I can vibe with your anti-cold campaign. But seriously, this past winter was sooo mediocre, do not complain. Instead, be grateful that Boston took on every storm for us this season.

Xynn Tii is Founder at The Creative House in New York City. Xynn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology at University of West Florida with an emphasis in Corporate Leadership. Xynn is a certificated private pilot and drone pilot awarded by Federal Aviation Administration in 2017.
His work focuses on visual narratives through divergent cultures. This has led him to Bahamas, Croatia, England, France, Greece, Iceland, Indonesia, Italy, Nevis, Spain, and United States, among others. Xynn has produced several brand campaigns in industries of hospitality, residential, commercial, culture, and destination.
Xynn’s work was exhibited at Curator’s Voice Art Projects in Miami Florida, 2014-2015 and 2020. He hosted an artist talk where he exhibited and discussed his drone work at Kit & Ace in Miami Florida, 2016. Xynn’s most successful accomplishment is Story, an ongoing curation of visuals that he has consistently authored and photographed every 30 days since 2015.
