19. Breakfast with Lady Liberty

The toughest part about spending a week at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge was the realization that I could not stay there forever. Good thing this trip occurred during my B’Day! The only thing that got done that morning was stuffing my face with challah french toast.

I found the open floor plan and exposed shower to be highly necessary. 1 Hotel even has its own mobile app that does everything. Orders room service. Picks up laundry. Cleans teeth. Ahh, convenience.

Which made my stay all-the-more efficient. I racked up mad time to visually devour each sunset. The nature-derived elements of 1 Hotel felt so interconnected with the outdoors. Organic food, natural light, and delirious vistas of Statue of Liberty.
