The Role:
We are looking for a client-first multi-tasker to provide best-in-class project management to ensure the successful delivery of our artwork services to clients nationwide.  You’ll be an integral part of our Operations team, working collaboratively with our Art Advisors, Art Installers and vendors, but ultimately responsible for your own success. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the logistics and delivery of our artwork services for clients across the country.

  • Leverage our in-house technology to deliver exceptional project management for our clients.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our operations processes and continually work to improve them.

  • Collaborate with business partners, vendors and clients to deliver a seamless client experience.

  • Consistently achieve goals for client happiness and on-time execution, among others.

  • Respond to and resolve customer service issues via email and phone.

  • Oversee basic office management responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, regularly evolving, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Exceptionally well organized and detail oriented.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort and confidence speaking with clients, business partners and vendors on the phone and in-person.

  • Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Successful prior project management experience is a plus.

  • BA/BS degree.
