Business Development Representative
TurningArt is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of our Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing our market presence.

- Identify potential projects and clients, including businesses, real estate firms, architects & designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach and qualifying conversations with potential clients via email, over the phone and in-person.
- Support our President & Head of Art Advisory in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to tailor messaging to resonate with executive-level decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent and organized outreach schedule to support growth team goals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent TurningArt at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the art market or experience in the creative industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales experience preferred.
