About the Role
This Associate Art Advisor position is an early-career role designed to develop future Account Management Art Advisors at TurningArt. You will work closely with experienced Art Advisors to support and learn the full lifecycle of client relationships - from account research and renewal strategy to, artwork curation and installation coordination. 
This role combines hands-on support with progressive responsibility. Over time and with positive performance, Associates build the skills needed to manage their own client accounts, developing expertise in consultative sales, relationship management, and curatorial strategy. 
You will play an important role supporting our existing client portfolio, contributing to client retention and expansion while gaining exposure to all aspects of TurningArt’s client service model, consultative sales skills, client relationship management, and curatorial expertise. 
This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about art, design, client relationships, and business development who wants to grow into a client-facing role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Shadow and support Account Management Art Advisors in client meetings 

  • Assist with program renewal offer strategy and proposal development

  • Support with artwork curation, work order submission,  install guide development, and invoicing

  • Help nurture client relationships through research, virtual and in person meetings, and proactive communication

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of assigned accounts and client priorities

  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and the CRM databases

  • Contribute to team resource library to support best in class renewal materials, curatorial tools, and vendor information 

  • Support retention and expansion efforts across assigned accounts

  • Support special initiatives and projects across the Account Management team

  • Develop a strong understanding of our service and contribute collaboratively to process improvement

Qualifications

  • Educational background or early career experience in sales

  • Educational background or early career experience in art and design preferred 

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Enthusiastic learner with excellent communication skills

  • Comfortable engaging with clients in person and representing the brand professionally

  • Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying clear attention to detail

  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, regularly evolving, entrepreneurial environment

  • BA/BS degree
