Art Advisory Internship

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a student looking to get their foot in the door of a growing company with a mission to bring the artwork of today’s working artists to the world. We’re looking for a well-rounded all-star who is passionate about artwork, design, and client service to support our New Business team in delivering five-star service for our clients across the country. This internship will teach you what it takes to succeed and provide an introduction to careers in the art business. 


  • Prepare fine art order forms and installation guides for new client collections

  • Assist Senior Art Advisor with the organization of client materials and information in TurningArt’s database and CRM

  • Assist Senior Art Advisor with the assembly and organization of virtual client galleries

  • Assist Senior Art Advisor with research and miscellaneous project work for client proposals, curation, and project management 

  • Build curated, themed artwork groups for proposal support 

  • Organize proposal support resources in TurningArt’s database

  • Research and develop prospecting list for potential project opportunities


  • Educational or working background in art, design, client services, and/or sales.

  • Exceptionally well organized and detail-oriented.

  • Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, regularly evolving, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
