Kerri McCabe is a painter working from the Pacific Northwest. Her work flows loosely from representational to abstract, but it is always fueled by a love of color and the ever changing, always active movement of the lands around her. She draws heavily from a sense of place, of being rooted, yet reaching. The elements of place, not just a visual representaion, but the elements that combine to make wind, rain, fire, and earth are ever revisited and rehearsed to give voice to the earth we all call home. A self-representing artist, she has sold thousands of paintings online and off, shipping all over the world. Her work is collected internationally, and has been in public and private collections.
