Jonathan van Brunt

Jonathan Van Brunt studied art at Maine College of Art, where
he earned a B.F.A. in Printmaking. He also earned an M.F.A. in
Painting from Ohio University School of Art, where he taught
two dimensional design. He was represented by Gallery North
in Setauket for several years, and is listed in the 2010
Encyclopedia of Living Artists. He has exhibited paintings
throughout Long Island and his graphic work can be seen on
the cover of Joseph Vallero’s “Skeletons in the Closet”. He also
has done the covers and interior illustrations for two children’s
books; “Rise of FICO Ninja” and “Credit Kingdom”. His
paintings have sold throughout the U.S. through select galleries on
Long Island, the online art marketplace Zatista and Amazon*. His

He currently lives on Long Island.
