Fred Neudoerffer has been a photographer and artist for most of his life. His artwork, for the most part, looks at the details hidden in the larger views of his subjects. Mostly working in series form, his projects typically follow parameters that he sets for himself and those projects after seeing the image that sparks an interest in what else can continue the specific theme realized from the first image. His art can cover just about any theme as long as it continues to spark that initial interest. His projects to date have covered a wide range of subject matter from nature, color, history, light, anti violence and trash, to name a few. No matter what the subject, quality of composition is always his highest priority when deciding if an image is worth keeping and sharing with the public. Many of his projects go on for decades and images for some projects can be very fleeting, which makes the finding of them more rewarding. Fred's work has been shown in many regional shows and has brought many accolades from other artists and art lovers alike. In 2015 he was the first photographer in the sixty year history of the Oakroom Artists to be invited to a full membership in the group of professional artists. Fred has shown his art multiple times in the galleries and shows listed below starting with the year selected.
