Snow drifts softly from a pale winter sky, settling over a quiet pond in Ozark, Missouri, USA, and transforming the landscape into a calm, monochrome scene. Bare trees ring the water’s edge, their snow-laden branches standing in gentle contrast to the dark trunks beneath. The surface of the pond remains mostly still and partially frozen, broken only by the occasional snowflake touching down. The entire moment feels hushed and unhurried, capturing the simple, peaceful beauty of a winter snowfall in the Ozarks.

Jennifer White is a professional photographer from the Ozarks in Southwest Missouri, United States.
