Spain and the autonomous community of Catalonia are very famous for their wonderful wines. The province of Alt Emporda, for example, produces soft, light wines that every year win many awards in competitions. The painting depicts wine bottles and filled wineglasses. On the sides are bunches of grapes. In the background, mountains are visible. They are bathed in the evening sun. Oil. Varnished. Signed.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
