"Waves of Earth and Fire" is a bold and elemental tribute to the power of nature in motion. Fiery ochres and molten reds ripple through sweeping, wave-like forms that rise from the earth, converging toward a distant range of deep blue mountains. The brushwork suggests both eruption and flow, as if the land itself is alive and shifting beneath a glowing sky. This painting captures the essence of natural forces — grounded yet untamed — in a visually arresting composition.
Denise is an artist from Arvada, Colorado. She draws her inspiration for painting from nature and likes to paint landscapes. Since she is surrounded by the beauty of the mountains of Colorado, there is a lot of inspiration to draw upon. She also recently has begun branching out to abstract painting with acrylic paints and experimenting with various filters in digital graphics applications.
